Does my progress sync across devices? +
Not in the current version — progress is saved locally on your device. Cloud sync may come in a future update.
How do I restore my purchases? +
Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases." It'll check your App Store or Google Play account automatically.
I bought Napkin Doodle but it's not unlocked. +
First, try "Restore Purchases" in Settings. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my data? +
Uninstall the app. Everything — progress, settings, any local data — is removed with it. We don't store anything on our servers.
Will you add more levels or themes? +
That's the plan. Email us your suggestions — they genuinely influence what gets built next.
The app crashed. What should I do? +
We don't use crash-reporting SDKs (by design), so we rely on you to tell us. Email your device model, iOS/Android version, and what you were doing when it crashed. That's enough for us to investigate.
What devices are supported? +
iOS 14 and above, Android 8.0 and above. The game is landscape-only, so a tablet works great too.
